With prices for our stair units starting from just £395, including VAT, easy access to your loft is now literally within reach.

For ceiling heights up to 8ft, basic installation cost is £395 including VAT. If you're your ceiling height exceeds 8ft, you simply pay an additional £10 per extra half-foot (6 inches).

Installations in homes with lath and plaster ceilings take more time, therefore this attracts an additional charge of £35.

Because each installation is different we like to make a preliminary inspection, or site visit, to take a few measurements and be able to provide an accurate price for installation of the stair unit in your home, plus roof lining, boarding and insulation.
